Covid caused her to pivot her full fledge catering business to a catchy food trailer business. Her attention to detail and quality affordable delicious food has sustained her on the map with other driven chefs in the South. A graduate of Georgia Perimeter College, Ameer has a keen business sense that helps to drive business to the next level. Growing up in the business, Ameer has a part of his mom’s catering business for as long as she had it. He knows flavor, teamwork and is not afraid of hard work.
A driven creative chef that commands any kitchen he steps in, Chef Rob has been in the food industry for over 12 years. While his specialty is upscale 5 course meals, his showmanship helps to keep Flavor on the Fork stretching the bar.
As a 2nd mom to her siblings, Lateshia has known her way around the kitchen since she was 10. She believes that culinary arts is not just nourishment for the soul and body but it’s also creating delicious meals that bring people together. Her passion for food has no bounds.
